    Upgrade/Downgrade Anytime ExampleIf you have a team of 20 CTMS users on the Premium Monthly plan, you would pay the base subscription fee of $1499/month (which includes 5 users) + 3 x $250/month (for 3 x 5-user-group = 15 additional users) for a total of $2249/month. Subscribers who pre-pay annually receive 20% off that monthly cost.
  • EU Data Hosting - $349/month Learn MoreClients who would like to have their data hosted within the EEA (e.g. for GDPR purposes) may elect this optional service. The default data hosting location is in the US.
  • EDC/IRT Integration Support - $250/month per study Learn MoreThis add-on is required for each study which has EDC integration enabled. The charge is only required for the duration which your study is actively integrated. This charge covers the additional support needs that are inherent to any integration with a 3rd party system.
  • EDC/IRT Integration Setup & Go Live - $5000 (one time, as needed) Learn MoreOur CTMS experts will discuss your integration needs, document the effort, and assist with the integration setup. This is an optional service, but is highly recommended for the first study integrated for all clients.
  • Custom Trackers - $50/month per tracker per study Learn MoreIf you have a tracking need that is not covered by the built-in CTMS features, you can add your own customized tracker view. Custom trackers allow your team to collaborate and share study data that meets the unique needs of your organization or studies.
  • Training Session 2 hours - $700 (as needed) Learn MoreWe offer live, web-based training, provided by our CTMS experts, which can be customized to the needs of your team and your studies. You may elect training at any time during your subscription, and each session is 2 hours.
  • Customized Support 2 hours - $700 (as needed) Learn MoreIf you have a specific need for CTMS assistance, such as help importing data from an existing study, we offer ad hoc support in 2 hour increments.
  • Ongoing Client Management Support - $700/month Learn MoreA dedicated client manager is available to provide ongoing CTMS expertise to your team. This can include a monthly call to discuss your study management challenges and how SimpleTrials can help.
  • Validation Packages - Starting at $4499 Learn MoreSimpleTrials is a validated system and supporting documentation is offered via optional validation packages. Validation packages provide access to validation summary reports, 21 part 11 checklists, requirements, qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ), traceability, ongoing change control, etc. Validation package fees renew annually at a discount.
